In 2023 in Wisconsin, there were 1)State (Focus on Energy) rebates for Heat Pumps and 2)State (Focus on Energy) income qualified rebates for Heat Pumps. A rule of thumb for income qualified rebates was: If your gross annual household income was less than $82,317 or gross one-month income was less than $6,860, you may in 2023 have been eligible for income-qualified rebates. State rebates for Heat Pumps in 2024 are expected to range up to $8,000 based on income qualification.
