When it comes back as a beautiful echo

When you are given time to create

Instead of time in transit, you translate

Your thoughts and the thoughts of others

When they reach you and you collar

Harmful thoughts. With helpful others

You come up with solutions with

Miracles of music and voices full

unheard of, undreamt of until

Now.   The present is full of wistful

Remembrance but now in the trills

Like bird song and like the natural will

To succeed you do complete others’

Thoughts and put them out in their world

And they echo back to you and whirl

In your head in heady happiness that

You created something. Tip your hat

And gather flowers in it to keep for when

You need to relive the moments of joy

And connect thoughts unalloyed

By the blocks of everyday life

And encroaching thoughtless strife.
